1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website (https://onenightclubdubai.com), booking a table, purchasing tickets, or entering Club One Nightclub Dubai at Downtown - Marasi Dr - Business Bay - Dubai, UAE, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or visit our venue.

2. Age and Identification Requirements

• Minimum Age: Entry to Club One Nightclub Dubai is strictly 21 years of age and older in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Valid Physical ID: All guests must present an original, valid physical identification document at the door (original Emirates ID or original passport). Digital photos, photocopies, or expired documents will not be accepted.

3. Dress Code and Admission Policy

Club One Nightclub Dubai maintains a strict door and entry policy:

• Dress Code: Smart chic nightlife attire is mandatory. Sportswear, athletic caps, shorts, beachwear, and sandals or flip-flops are strictly prohibited and entry will be denied.
• Right of Admission: Management and security personnel reserve the right of admission. Holding a reservation or ticket does not override safety and door policies.
• Security Check: Security searches, bag checks, and metal detection scans are conducted at entry for the safety of all patrons.

4. Reservations and Table Policies

• Opening Hours: The venue operates 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM daily.
• Table Minimum Spend: Table packages and VIP areas may require a minimum spend. All prices are in AED and subject to applicable local taxes and service fees.
• Arrival and Holding Time: Reserved tables are held up to a designated arrival time confirmed with our reservations team. Late arrivals without notice may result in table release.
• Complimentary Valet: Valet parking is complimentary for guests with a confirmed table reservation upon arrival.

5. Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:

• Illegal substances, narcotics, and dangerous items of any kind under UAE law.
• Outside food, alcohol, and beverages.
• Disorderly, disruptive, abusive, or aggressive behavior toward staff or fellow guests.
• Unauthorized commercial photography, videography, or drone operation.

Violations of venue conduct rules will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

6. Photography and Media

By entering the venue, you acknowledge that event photography and video recording may take place for promotional, social media, and documentation purposes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
