1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ONE NIGHTCLUB DUBAI website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ONE NIGHTCLUB DUBAI's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ONE NIGHTCLUB DUBAI's website

3. Reservation Policies

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or phone call from our team.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the minimum spend requirement.

3.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid.

3.4 Minimum Spend Requirements

All table reservations are subject to minimum spend requirements which vary by:

• Day of the week
• Time of reservation
• Table location
• Special events or holidays

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits

A deposit may be required to confirm certain reservations, particularly for:

• VIP table bookings
• Large group reservations (8+ guests)
• Special event bookings
• Private party bookings

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit Cards
• Cash (AED only)
• Bank transfers (for large bookings)

4.3 Currency

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

5. Entry Requirements

5.1 Age Restrictions

Entry to ONE NIGHTCLUB is restricted to guests aged 21 years and above. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.

5.2 Dress Code

We maintain a smart casual to elegant dress code:

• No sportswear, beachwear, or flip-flops
• Men are encouraged to wear collared shirts
• No offensive clothing or accessories
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on dress code

5.3 Conduct

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The following behaviors will not be tolerated:

• Disruptive or aggressive behavior
• Harassment of other guests or staff
• Use of illegal substances
• Excessive intoxication
• Any illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

ONE NIGHTCLUB DUBAI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
